Dates and Centres offering The Inner Spa experience

The Inner Spa workshops have been offered at London venues and retreats around the UK.They have included:

Go Yoga, a beautiful, warm and very intimate space set in a peaceful garden on the borders of Stamford Brook and Shepherds Bush.

The Tranquility Retreat at The Riverside Chiswick. A visit to The Inner Spa at The Riverside also includes the opportunity to enjoy The Riversides spa facilities. The Riverisde boasts stunning spa facilities including a sauna, steam room, swim-in jacuzzi as well as heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The Special Yoga Centre, Kensal Rise, London.  'The most beautiful yoga centre I have ever been to ... and I have been to most of them.' The Barefoot Doctor

Oxon Hoath, a retreat centre and stately home in Kent.

The Orange Tree, a retreat centre in North Yorkshire.

We are currently seeking another centre in London, particularly central, SW, or W London where we can introduce The Inner Spa experience.  Ideal spaces for us include London Spas,  Yoga Centres, or other similar spaces .
