How The Inner Spa is different from other workshops

Firstly, The Inner Spa programme is designed to be a regular “work-out” for your inner self.  If you enjoy and are committed to the gym, tennis, yoga, or pilates (or whatever physical exercise you choose to do):  it is likely that you will go regularly and you would experience the benefits enjoyed by regular exercisers.  You wouldn’t expect to go once, and benefit in the same way.

The Inner Spa is similar: its benefits are cumulative and derived from regular attendance.

Secondly, there has been much said about the mind, body, spirit connection for emotional and physical well-being. Up to now, if you are have been looking to connect all three, you would need to attend three different activities (likely to be more time consuming and require more organisation)  The Inner Spa, through its myriad of different practises and exercises offers all three in one.
