Through my work as a coach, I have become familiar with many personal development systems. In my experience, there is nothing as powerful and effective as this. What makes it so, is its capacity to release participants from their thoughts and in particular their negative self talk, and connect them with profound feelings of love and self empowerment. This happens effortlessly, without the need for participants to try, providing the ideal conditions for transformation and healing to take place.

I have been teaching it as part of www.theinnerspa.co.uk in the UK for 2 years. As it is in my experience, the most powerful part of this programme, I am now starting to teach it on a stand alone basis to those drawn to this process.

I am teaching at retreat weekends at different venues in the UK, and now in London. I have taught participants of all ages, ranging from 26 years old up to 86 years old!

In April 2011, I was approached by the BBC’s equivalent in South Korea to film a session which included footage of participants enthusing about the session. This was shown in South Korea as part of a programme on using dance and movement to facilitate personal transformation and well-being.

I have been approached by a well known organisation with some 70,000 employees in the UK, to offer Dance into Bliss as part of their senior women's networking programme. This work is really effective for organisations who are open to something different. Not only does it help bring out the best in their people, but it also helps enhance organisational cultures in ways that other interventions cannot touch.

As well as being great fun, it is a proven confidence booster, fostering self expression and enhancing relationships.
